It's 3:00 AM and I don't feel like finishing I'll get to the rest later.

So basically here is what I think.

In my opinion using Fortress is more convenient as long as you don't mind using your skill reset once you hit 20 and also if you don't mind having a lot of other stuff. Fortress seems to do more damage and is also much faster at pew pewing at lower levels.

Level 1 - 19

Point Buster Lvl. 1 (mandatory based on starting new character)
MP Pot Maximization Lvl. 1 (only to get the other skills)
Magic Enhancement Lvl. 5
Focus Lvl. 5
Fortress Lvl. 5
Cannon Upgrade Lvl. 5
Bullet Acceleration Lvl. 5[b]

Meteor launches when it hits lv 3
Air combo at lv 3 deals more dmg than fortress for less amount of stress + leaves you more point for other skills. Meteor is also very low CD and air combo doesn't have CD. Very mana efficient too considering
meteor only takes 10 MP.
